What you'll pay with insurance

Your cost depends on your plan's copay, coinsurance and deductible. Before your first visit our care coordinator verifies your benefits and tells you the expected amount, so you can decide with full information. Copays are collected at the time of the visit through our secure portal.

Self-pay rates

VisitFee
Initial psychiatric evaluation60 to 90 minutes, by video or in person$325
Follow-up visitMonthly until stable, then about every three months$185

We don't offer a sliding scale at this time. Payment is due at the time of the visit.

Labs and testing

Lab work ordered as part of your care is billed by the lab through your insurance, not by R3. GeneSight genetic testing is billed by the testing company, which offers its own financial assistance program. We only order what's relevant to you, and we talk through cost and coverage before ordering anything.

Good Faith Estimate

If you don't have insurance or choose not to use it, you have the right under federal law to a written Good Faith Estimate of your expected costs before your visit. Our self-pay fees above are that estimate for most patients; a formal written estimate is available on request. Read the full notice.
