Telehealth psychiatry · North Carolina

An online psychiatric provider for all of North Carolina.

Most of our patients never set foot in the office. Psychiatric evaluations, medication management and follow-up care happen by secure video, from your couch, your car on a lunch break, or wherever you can find twenty quiet minutes. Statewide, with an office in Clayton when you'd rather be in the room.

Why telehealth works so well for this kind of care

  • You don't have to arrange childcare or a drive. New moms especially can join from the nursery while the baby naps.
  • You're in your own space. Many people find it easier to be honest from home than in a waiting room.
  • Consistency. Monthly follow-ups are far easier to keep when they take twenty minutes and no commute.
  • The same provider, every time. Telehealth at R3 isn't a rotating roster. You see Tiirini or Sherrie, and they know your story.

When in-person makes sense

Some people simply prefer the room, and some situations call for it. Our office at 10027 Clayton Blvd, Suite C in Clayton, just southeast of Raleigh, is available Monday through Thursday. You can mix and match: an in-person first visit and video follow-ups, or the other way around.
