No provider-patient relationship through this website
Reading this website, sending a message through the contact form, or requesting an appointment does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you have completed intake and been accepted as a patient of R3 Women's Wellness, PLLC.
Emergencies
This website, the contact form and our email are not monitored around the clock and must not be used for emergencies. If you are in crisis, thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or need urgent care, call or text 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
Contact form
Please don't include protected health information such as symptoms, diagnoses or medication names in the contact form. It is delivered by ordinary email. For anything about your care, existing patients should use the secure patient portal.
Links to other sites
We link to third-party sites, including our patient portal, a map provider and professional directories. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Intellectual property
The text, images, logo and design of this site belong to R3 Women's Wellness, PLLC or are used with permission. You may print or share pages for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Please don't republish our content without asking.
