Psychiatric nurse practitioners
Tiirini Hill, PMHNP-BC
Founder · Perinatal & integrative psychiatry
Board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, psychiatric nurse since 2015, and a mom of two. Tiirini specializes in pregnancy, postpartum and women's mental health across the lifespan, with an integrative approach that looks at labs, hormones, sleep and nutrition alongside medication. Her path into this work began with her own pregnancy losses and the care she didn't receive afterward.
Licensed in North Carolina. Holds a Certification in Integrative and Reproductive Psychiatry.

Sherrie Smith, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric nurse practitioner
Sherrie is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with more than twelve years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD and other mental health concerns.
She brings a warm, down-to-earth approach that helps people feel comfortable, understood and supported. Sherrie focuses on practical, evidence-based care that empowers people to feel better and move forward with confidence.

Xaira Ann Magday, RPh
Patient care coordinator
Xaira is a licensed pharmacist and experienced healthcare virtual assistant with a strong background in clinical support and patient care coordination. She sends intake paperwork, verifies insurance benefits, provides estimated costs, and coordinates scheduling and general inquiries.
She is often your first point of contact and is dedicated to guiding you through onboarding with clarity and responsiveness.
Erika, RN
Patient care coordinator
Erika is a registered nurse licensed in both the United Kingdom and the Philippines, with more than five years of clinical nursing experience and several years supporting behavioral health practices across the United States.
She coordinates appointments, verifies benefits, manages prior authorizations, and keeps the administrative side of your care running smoothly.
Asia
Medical billing specialist
Asia owns ABC Healthcare Billing and specializes in behavioral health billing, revenue cycle management and insurance claims support.
As R3's billing specialist, she works behind the scenes so claims are submitted accurately, payments are processed efficiently, and billing questions are resolved promptly.
How we work together
From your first message to your first visit
You reach out
Request an appointment online or call. Xaira or Erika replies, sends your intake paperwork, and verifies your insurance benefits so you know what to expect before you commit.
You meet your provider
Tiirini or Sherrie spends 60 to 90 minutes with you at your first visit, by secure video or in Clayton, and builds a plan with you.
We handle the rest
Asia submits claims and sorts out billing questions. Your coordinator keeps follow-ups and prior authorizations on track, so your energy goes toward feeling better.
